Terms of Service
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IELTS BPI ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by IQA Revenue AI Systems ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, teachers, students, and administrators of the Service.
2.Description of Service
IELTS BPI is an AI-driven educational platform that converts web articles and YouTube videos into IELTS-standard Reading and Listening practice tests. The Service includes test generation, audio instruction, scoring, progress tracking, and administrative tools for teachers and schools.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time, without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
3.Independent Platform — No Affiliation
IELTS BPI is an independent IELTS preparation and practice platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the official IELTS organization, Cambridge Assessment English, the British Council, IDP Education, or any official IELTS testing body.
The practice tests, band score estimates, and assessments generated by the Service are for educational and practice purposes only. They are not official IELTS results and carry no guarantee of performance on an official IELTS examination.
4.Accounts, Registration, and Access
Access to the Service requires an account. Accounts are created by invitation from the platform administrator. You agree to provide accurate and complete information at registration and to keep your credentials secure and confidential.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Access to the Service is gated by an active entitlement (subscription). We reserve the right to revoke, suspend, or terminate access if your entitlement expires, is cancelled, or is revoked for violation of these Terms.
5.Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Paid access is offered in three durations: Monthly, 6 Months, and 1 Year. Pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and may change at any time; changes apply only to new purchases, not to active entitlements.
Payment processing is not currently enabled on the website. No payment is taken through the current Pricing page, and selecting a plan does not grant free access. An active paid entitlement is required before the Service can be used. These Terms will be updated before live payment processing is enabled.
No refunds. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that the Service uses artificial intelligence to generate practice tests, and that AI can and does make mistakes — including errors in questions, answers, audio, or scoring. You accept this risk at the time of purchase.
If you decide you no longer want the Service, simply let your current subscription run for the duration you paid for and do not purchase again. We do not offer mid-term cancellations or prorated refunds. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, after which it expires automatically.
Entitlements do not auto-renew. We will never charge you again unless you intentionally make a new purchase.
6.Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code;
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute generated test content for commercial purposes without permission;
- Upload or submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others;
- Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code to the Service;
- Use the Service to train or feed content into any competing AI or machine-learning system;
- Circumvent, disable, or tamper with the entitlement or access-control systems.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access, without refund.
7.User-Submitted Content and Sources
When you submit a web URL, YouTube link, or pasted text for test generation, you represent and warrant that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. We are not responsible for the legality or accuracy of content you submit.
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transform, and store it solely for the purpose of generating and delivering practice tests through the Service.
8.Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, software, generated test structures, branding, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of IQA Revenue AI Systems and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.
Practice tests generated by the Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial educational use during your active entitlement. You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly redistribute them.
9.AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Test content, questions, audio, and scoring are generated by artificial intelligence and automated systems. Despite our quality controls, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are responsible for reviewing content before relying on it for any educational decision.
Band score estimates are approximations based on standard mapping tables and do not guarantee any result on an official IELTS examination. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of any score, assessment, or feedback produced by the Service.
10.Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQA Revenue AI Systems, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IQA Revenue AI Systems and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12.Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
14.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
15.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which IQA Revenue AI Systems operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
16.Contact
Questions about these Terms may be directed to IQA Revenue AI Systems through the contact channels provided on the Service. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to respond to legitimate inquiries.
